Our restaurant – where we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily – is located in the old frantoio (oil mill) of San Ottaviano, in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
We offer traditional Tuscan dishes made with local products. Our menu includes fresh pasta and handmade gnocchi, local meats, vegetarian options and specialty recipes using our beer. Of course, you will also find La Birra de’Neri (our artisanal beers) to accompany our dishes, as well as local wines and liquors.
During summer months we offer two special evenings per week.
Homemade pizza night: Every Wednesday we close our restaurant and offer homemade take-aways pizze cooked directly in our ancient wood-fire outdoor pizza oven.
Tuscan Barbeque Night: On Tuesdays we offer a fixed Tuscan BBQ menu that includes an ample antipasto and the option of either typical pork-based grilled meats or La Fiorentina, our famous Tuscan steak! Both come with a vegetable side and dessert.

When possible, our ingredients are organic and come from family farms, local producers, or, often, they are made/produced in-house (olive oil, beer, honey, jams, fresh herbs, seasonal vegetables, some meat and eggs). We offer fresh, seasonal dishes following the Maremma traditions. Buon appetito!
